Master Rehab Personal Training (Incl. Myofascial release)

Do you have tight muscles/joints? Do you want to strengthen/recover from an injury safely? Do want to make sure that you are training effectively and biomechanically correctly for guaranteed results? If so, then this service is ideal for you. You will be trained with a high-level care towards your posture, flexibility, strength, muscle relaxation and complete movement quality of life. In this session MFR will be utilized for your full benefit. Myofascial release (or MFR) is a soft tissue therapy for the treatment of skeletal muscle immobility and pain. This alternative medicine therapy aims to relax contracted muscles, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and stimulate the stretch reflex in muscles. You can also book in a whole session just for MFR for the full benefits of an entire Myofascial release treatment towards a thorough physiological boost to your health.

One on one Personal Training

This exclusive specialised session allows you to have undivided attention to make sure your personal goals are the sole focal point of our training. Whatever your goals may be, we will make sure you train with the intensity, volume, diversity, specificity, education and quality that enable you to reach your goals faster. We incorporate a holistic approach where will inform and educate you nutritionally so that you learn how to not only reach your goals but to maintain them. Each training session will be different. This will provide you with training variety, eliminate boredom, enhance your motivation and keep your training fun J. (Prices vary on location and duration of training.)

Team or Group Personal Training

These specialised sessions are a great way to reach your training goals whilst having fun with your sporting team, friends or meeting new people. Although you will not be alone in the sessions, your trainer will still keep your form and exercise movement as their primary focus to make sure you move your body correctly and with postural control. They will take turns to observe each of you to make you are exercising safely. So if you have a sporting team, group of friends, family or colleagues that would like to get fit together, this is ideal for you. Alternatively, we can team you up with a group of people from our own training database. This is a great way to have fun within a team environment and keep an eye on your budget J. Corporate Group Training

This is a 12 week training program which benefits organisations in many ways. By investing in this team training incentive, studies have shown that bosses will increase staff productivity, decrease worker absenteeism and enhance workplace job satisfaction and team building/group dynamics. This program involves team training once to three times a week with nutritional components to get staff health and fitness lifestyles on the right beneficial track. Outdoor Group Personal Training

This weekly outdoor session combines the natural environment with loads of challenging diverse obstacles and creative fun-filled exercises. Taking place every Friday at 6.30am on the beautiful Suttons beach entrance, this session is sure to stimulate your training senses. Oozing with fun, it also helps to burn fat fast, increases your metabolism and energy, challenges your fitness and enables you to meet new and interesting people. Your exercise form and movement will again be the trainer’s primary focus, to make sure you are doing all exercises safely and correctly. So come and join us to break up your training monotony, inspire your body to different challenges and have loads of fun along the way.

Junior Bootcamps (for schools and sporting clubs)

This is ideal for schools or sporting clubs to break up their sports-specific training and stimulate more variety for play and participant interaction. The one hour Bootcamp sessions will help to improve each individual’s fitness, strength, endurance, motor skills, body control, whilst increasing confidence, self-esteem and team building/bonding. It is a great way for schools and clubs to help team group-dynamics and increase their chances of success in their respective competitions. Simultaneously, it’s also a great way to increase funding for their respective clubs or school.
